Products

All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. However, natural hair extensions may vary slightly in colour, texture, and weight due to their organic nature and monitor/screen settings. Each piece is unique. We reserve the right to limit order quantities based on stock availability.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal at the time of purchase. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Orders & Availability

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier. Slavic Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For full details, please see our Shipping page.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Hair extensions that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@slavicbeauty.com with your order number. Wholesale

Wholesale enquiries are welcome. Minimum order quantities and pricing are available upon request through our Wholesale page. Wholesale terms may differ from standard retail terms and will be agreed separately.

Accounts

You may create an account to manage orders, save addresses, and track deliveries. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
